What this agreement covers

MAITRY FABRICATION publishes the Android application Video Downloader Proxy Browser (package com.maitry.mp4videodownloader.vidmate.player) on Google Play and runs this website at maitryfabrication.shop. Both are covered by the terms set out below.

You agree to them when you install the app, each time you open it, and whenever you use a page on this site. Nothing is signed and no account is created, so use itself is the acceptance.

If a clause here does not suit you, the remedy is straightforward. Do not install the app; if it is already on your device, remove it, and stop using this website.

Read this document with the privacy policy, which sets out what the app declares about data, and with the disclaimer. Where either of those pages treats a subject in more detail, that detail stands.

The Play listing carries a content rating of Everyone. Where the device belongs to a household with younger users, the adult responsible for that device takes on the obligations described here, because they fall on whoever uses the app.

The licence you are given

MAITRY FABRICATION grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install Video Downloader Proxy Browser on an Android device you own or control, and to run it for your own private use. The same permission covers reading this website and printing a page from it for your own reference.

This is permission to use the software, not a transfer of it. The app, its build and its code remain with MAITRY FABRICATION. The licence lasts only while you keep to these terms, and it can be withdrawn.

The app is free to install, and the licence is granted on that footing. Nothing is sold to you on this site or inside the app.

What the licence does not allow

The licence stops short of the following, and each of these is a breach of this agreement:

• reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the app, or otherwise attempting to recover its source code, except so far as applicable law permits this in spite of a contractual bar;
• copying, selling, renting, lending or sub-licensing the app, or passing the installation file to another person;
• publishing the app, or a modified build of it, on another store, website or file host;
• republishing the app's name, icon, screenshots, listing text, page layout, artwork or code as part of another listing or product;
• adapting, translating or deriving a separate work from the app;
• removing, hiding or altering a copyright line, ownership notice or attribution;
• using the app, or anything learned by taking it apart, to build or improve a competing product;
• selling access to the app or bundling it into a paid service run for other people.

The same restrictions apply to the words, images, layout and code that make up maitryfabrication.shop.

Rules for using the app

Video Downloader Proxy Browser fetches a file when you hand it a link or reach a page through the built-in browser. Choosing that link is your act, and what follows from it is yours as well.

Save only what you are entitled to save. That covers your own recordings and uploads, files a rights holder has offered for download, material released under a licence that permits saving, and material you have been given permission to keep. If none of those describes the file in front of you, leave it alone.

You are responsible for making sure that permission exists before you download and use anything. Copyright and other intellectual property rights attach to a file whatever tool is used to fetch it, and the terms of service of the website the content comes from apply to you as a visitor to that site. Where a source forbids downloading, do not point the app at it, whatever the app is technically able to retrieve.

The app and this website must not be used:

• for any purpose that is unlawful where you are, or to obtain, hold or pass on unlawful material;
• to re-upload, sell or earn from another person's work without their permission;
• to defeat a paywall, an access control, a regional restriction or a copy-protection measure;
• to collect and circulate private material about another person, to impersonate anyone, or to harass anyone;
• to place a heavy, bulk or automated load on a third-party website;
• to interfere with, probe or disrupt the app, this website, or any system belonging to someone else.

A complaint, takedown request or legal claim about a file you saved is a matter between you and the rights holder. MAITRY FABRICATION owns none of that material and cannot grant permission over it.

Limits we state plainly

Downloading copyrighted content without the rights holder's permission is not supported by Video Downloader Proxy Browser and is prohibited under these terms. The app is published for keeping material you are entitled to keep, and for nothing beyond that.

What can be fetched depends on the source. The listing names 480p, 720p and 1080p, and HD where the original offers it, but the qualities that appear follow the source video and the website it sits on. Availability can change without notice, and a site that works today may stop working after it is rebuilt or its terms are revised.

The built-in browser has proxy support so you can search, type an address, move around a site and download from supported sources. It is not a VPN. It does not make you anonymous, it does not encrypt your traffic, and it is not offered as a way to reach content that is blocked or restricted where you are. Using it for that is a breach of this agreement.

Nothing in the app, on the store listing or on this website should be read as a promise that a particular website, a particular video or a particular quality will be available to you.

No connection with any platform

MAITRY FABRICATION is an independent publisher. Video Downloader Proxy Browser is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with any third-party social media platform, video service, messaging service or website.

Where the app opens a site, it loads that site's own pages in the built-in browser, in the same way an address typed into any browser would. That is a convenience for the person using the app; it is not a partnership, an integration or a licence from the platform concerned.

Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC, and MAITRY FABRICATION is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Google LLC. Every other name, logo and mark that appears belongs to its own owner and is used only to describe the service in question.

Content and links we do not control

The websites reached through the built-in browser belong to other people, and so do the pages this site links out to, including the Google Play listing. We do not operate them, we do not review them, and we do not endorse what they publish.

Their content, their accuracy, their advertising and the way they handle information are their own responsibility under their own terms and policies. The moment a page loads in the browser, or a link takes you off this site, you are dealing with that party rather than with us.

Material shown or fetched through the app stays the property of whoever owns it, and a page that a source withdraws, moves or restructures is outside our reach.

Adverts inside the app

Video Downloader Proxy Browser is free to install and contains ads. Advertising is what pays for the work, and using the app means accepting that adverts will appear within it.

Adverts come from third parties. We do not write them and do not stand behind the goods or services they promote. Anything you buy, join or enquire about after seeing an advert is a matter between you and that advertiser, under whatever terms they set.

Distribution, updates and changes

Video Downloader Proxy Browser is distributed only through Google Play. Downloading, installing and updating it therefore also fall under Google Play's own terms of service and Google's policies, which govern your relationship with the store itself. We publish the app nowhere else and offer no installation file for direct download, so a copy obtained from any other place is not ours to vouch for.

We work to keep the app and this website running, but neither is guaranteed to be continuous or free of faults. Either can be unavailable during maintenance, fail because of a defect, depend on your network, or behave differently across devices and Android versions.

We may add, alter, suspend or remove any feature, and we may stop publishing the app or this website altogether, at any time and without being obliged to give notice. Where a change is required by a platform policy or by law, it may take effect immediately.

Keeping the installed version current through Google Play is your responsibility, since an older build can stop working correctly as the sites it deals with change. The listing was last updated on Sep 2, 2026.

Ownership

The app, this website, and the text, design, layout, graphics and code within them are owned by MAITRY FABRICATION or licensed to it, and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you no interest in any of it beyond the licence described above.

The files you download are not ours. A video, image or clip fetched through the app remains the property of the person who made or owns it. Saving it creates no right in it for you and claims no right in it for us.

If you believe something published on this website infringes a right you hold, write to contact@maitryfabrication.shop with enough detail to identify the material and the right concerned, and we will look into it.

Supplied as it stands

Put plainly: the app and this website are supplied as they are and as they happen to be available. We do not promise that they will be free of faults, that they will run without interruption, or that they will suit a particular purpose you have in mind.

In particular, we do not promise that a download will complete, that a chosen quality or file size will be listed, that a saved file will play on your device, or that a given website will keep working with the app. Each of those depends on the source, the format, your device and your connection.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply, including those of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

How far our responsibility goes

Put plainly: we carry the responsibility the law places on us, and not more than that.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAITRY FABRICATION is not liable to you for:

• a download that fails, stalls or arrives incomplete, or a saved file that is lost, corrupted or deleted;
• storage that fills up, mobile data that is consumed, or charges applied by your network operator;
• a fault in your device, in its operating system, or in other software installed on it;
• indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, goodwill, time or opportunity;
• anything that follows from material you were not entitled to save, or from your breach of a source website's terms.

Keep your own copies of files that matter to you. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded but may be limited, it is limited as far as applicable law allows.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud. Nothing on this page cuts down the rights the law gives you as a consumer; where a mandatory consumer right conflicts with a line written here, that right applies.

Claims that arise from your use

If your use of the app or this website breaks these terms or the law, and a third party brings a claim against MAITRY FABRICATION because of it, you agree to meet the reasonable losses, costs, damages and legal fees that result, so far as applicable law allows.

In practice this is about content: a rights holder objecting to a file you saved, re-uploaded or passed on without permission. We will tell you about such a claim without delay, and we may take conduct of the defence ourselves, in which case we ask you to cooperate with us in good faith.

When this agreement ends

Your licence runs for as long as you keep to these terms and lapses automatically if you break them. There is no account to close, because the app does not create one.

You may end the agreement whenever you wish by uninstalling the app and leaving this website. Files already saved stay on your device until you delete them, and responsibility for them stays with you.

We may withdraw the app from Google Play, stop supporting it, or take this website down. If that happens, the licence ends and the app should be removed from your device.

Ownership, supplied as it stands, how far our responsibility goes, claims that arise from your use, and Indian law and the courts at Anand all continue to apply after the agreement ends.

Indian law and the courts at Anand

MAITRY FABRICATION operates from Anand, Gujarat, India. These terms, and any dispute or claim connected with them or with your use of the app or this website, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.

The courts at Anand, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you agree to submit to them.

If you use the app as a consumer in a country whose law gives you the protection of local rules, or the right to bring proceedings before a local court, this section does not take that away from you.

Before anything reaches a court, please write to us. Most questions are settled in an email or two, and that is the outcome we would rather have.

Changes to this page

These terms are revised from time to time, for example when a feature changes, when a platform policy changes, or when the law requires it. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the foot shows when it was last edited.

A revision that materially alters what you may do with the app will normally arrive alongside an app update on Google Play. Continuing to use the app or this website after a revision is published means you accept it; if you do not, uninstall the app and stop using the site.
